Edward F. Simon, LLC delivers counsel and advocacy to clients throughout the Annapolis, Washington, DC and Baltimore metropolitan area who face legal challenges.

Mr. Simon, a licensed lawyer in Maryland and Washington, D.C., founded Edward F. Simon, LLC in 2016 after practicing at a busy personal injury law firm in Greenbelt, Maryland for several years.

His civil practice includes personal injury cases, contractual disputes, employment matters and family law cases.

Mr. Simon was raised in Wilmington, Delaware and he attended the University of Delaware.  After graduating from college, Mr. Simon worked as a Legislative Aide for two Members of Congress on Capitol Hill.

Mr. Simon attended law school at Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law, where he was an evening law student.  During law school, he also served as the Mediation Coordinator for the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County in Annapolis.  He was a student attorney with the Elder Law Clinic during law school and served as a Rule 16 student attorney with the office of the State’s Attorney’s for Prince George’s County, Maryland.

After law school, Mr. Simon served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County for Judge Paul Hackner and Judge Nancy Davis-Loomis.

Mr. Simon was admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland in 2012, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland in 2014, and the District of Columbia in 2015.

Mr. Simon is a member of the James C. Cawood Jr. American Inns of Court in Annapolis.   He participates in local softball and bowling leagues and tries to get out on the nearby Chesapeake Bay whenever possible.

Mr. Simon resides in Annapolis.
